About Our Region

The Champlain region stretches along the Ottawa and St. Lawrence Rivers, and follows the boundaries of the counties of Renfrew, Prescott and Russell, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, and parts of North Lanark and North Grenville, and the bustling capital city of Ottawa.

There are six health sub-regions identified in the Champlain region, based on existing care patterns.
