Eligibility / Target Population: No restrictions * services covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) for individuals under 19 years old and over 65 years old, individuals receiving Ontario Disability Support Program and Ontario Works, or who have had a recent hospital admission for a minimum of 24 hours for a physiotherapy-related condition.
