Health centre focused on family and community health * teaching clinic of the University of Ottawa's Family Medicine Program * partnership with Bruyère Continuing Care
Specialized clinics and services include:
- Mental Health (access to a psychiatric team for short term interventions and prevention)
- Chronic Disease Management (systematic management of chronic disease to ensure best practices, education in self care, comprehensive care and prevention)
- Procedures clinic
- Diabetes education
- Diagnostic Imaging (x-ray)
