Service Description:	Long-term care home * 100 beds *  offers assisted living, memory care and respite care * private, semi-private and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals bedding and furniture laundry and housekeeping meals personal hygiene supplies medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) assistance with medication and activities of daily living recreation and social programs 21 interim long term care beds
