Service Description:

Primary health care, mental health care and community capacity building health promotion primarily for the Francophone community
Aims to improve health among its members and favours autonomy and responsibility of individuals
Community Health Program
Improve health among members in the community
Mental Health Program- support services, evaluation, orientation, and individual, family and group therapy
- offers help in difficult times and with family problems
Physical Health Program- consultation with medical, nursing and nutritional staff
- complete medical examinations with follow-up appointments
- doctor's evaluation, electrocardiograms, expert laboratory services, Annual exams for babies, children and adults
- evaluation of eating and lifestyle habits
- screening, hospital visits, possible home visits
