Service Description: Adult Day Program offers structured, supportive environments where individuals with brain injuries can engage in activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social well-being
  • Structured Daily Activities (puzzles, games, and brain exercises)
  • Regular physical activities, yoga, stretching, and light exercise
  • Social Interaction Group activities, group discussions, team games, and social outings
  • Creative Recreation: Arts and Crafts (painting, drawing, crafting, etc) and Music and Drama
  • Outings and Field Trips
  • Peer Support and Counseling
  • Respite for Caregivers
  • Transportation Assistance: the program may include transportation services to and from the day program

Virtual services available, clients are required to provide their own lunches

Eligibility / Target Population: People 18 years and older who have an acquired brain injury, who are medically stable and have completed post-injury rehabilitation, who are living or about to be living in the Ottawa area, who do not require daily supervision, and who are willing to participate fully in the program
