50-bed long-term care facility * secure wandering area gives residents safe access to the outdoors * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals- bedding and furniture

- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
