Service Description:
|
Provide counselling to address specific assessed needs of young person to support their rehabilitation and reintegration and to provide support to the home where intensive services is required
Services include: * school based group peer support program * individual counselling and treatment * addiction assessment service (through ATS) * family counselling and treatment * intensive intervention at home * connections * extrajudicial sanctions * Court Mental Health * extrajudicial measures * intersections * therapeutic services for youth on probation

Referral is by the probation officer, as case manager, or through other YJSD funded service providers as negotiated by the regional office

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Young persons age 12-17 at the time of offence who have been found guilty and are currently on probation, conditional supervision or community supervision orders
