Service Description:

No cost dental program for eligible children and youth up to 17 years of age * Social services recipients automatically qualify * other families can qualify based on income eligibility requirement eligible children and youth will receive preventive and regular dental treatment * Once your family has qualified each child/youth will receive a Healthy Smiles Ontario card
