Service Description: Emergency Shelter: 16-bed Short term Crisis Intervention Shelter for women who experience abuse and their children, and women who are being trafficked * Provides 24 hour telephone support * all calls are confidential, no call display and callers will be directly connected to a worker

Outreach Services: available in 5 locations throughout Renfrew County to women and their children * Services to children and youth who witness violence

Children and Youth Services: Provides support and education to children and youth who are experiencing violence

Transitional Support Program: assists survivors of domestic violence and survivors of human trafficking, with housing * educational, employment and financial support as well as other resources  * a Francophone Transitional Support Caseworker is available to work with Francophone clients

Public Education: available to the community groups and businesses

Family Court Support Worker Program: information on the family court process * assistance in preparing for family court proceedings

Caring Dads Group: for men who want a better relationship with their children
