Service Description:

Multi-service outpatient substance use and problem gambling treatment centre * All services and programs are free and confidential
Day-Treatment: Various programs for clients concerned about their substance use or gambling behaviour * Services are tailored to individual needs, but include group therapy, individual therapy, and psychoeducational workshops * trauma-specific programming for persons who have experienced childhood sexual abuse (and who are concerned about their substance use and/or gambling behaviour)
Health Promotion Program: Various programs in partnership with allied services that encourage women and gender diverse persons to make healthy lifestyle changes by helping them take control of their lives * these prevention focused workshops cover topics such as: self-esteem, anger solutions, anxiety, and stress and wellness
