Service Description:

Financial aid to assist families in maintaining a permanent residence, rather than face eviction and homelessness.
Expenses that may be considered:
- utility arrears
- rental arrears
- minor relocation fees (transportation to another municipality)
- temporary accommodations
- moving expenses

Adults 18 years and older with special needs, mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, substance use problems or who are frail or elderly and unable to cover the cost of domiciliary care
