Removing Barriers to College Education
Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * Helps learners prepare for post-secondary education, employment, apprenticeship, and greater independence * Provides support in clarifying upgrading goals and developing a training plan to achieve them
