Service Description: Four programs:

Ottawa Newcomer Clinic (by appointment only)
Temporary primary health care for newly arrived refugees (government-assisted only) to initiate their medical screening process in Canada and attend to clients' urgent medical needs * short-term care * assists with connecting clients to primary healthcare providers within their community * Services include: latent tuberculosis clinic, well-women clinic, immunization and flu clinic, smoking cessation program

Integrated Mental Health Services (by appointment only)
Therapy offered by a team of psychotherapists who specialize in culturally-appropriate, safe, trauma-informed care * The number and intensity of counselling sessions are tailored to the client's needs

Multicultural Health Navigation (by referral only)
System navigation support for newcomers in their language * serves clients in Arabic, Dari, Farsi, French, Pashto, Somali, and Swahili

Ottawa Language Access (OLA)
Language interpreting services available for providers (healthcare and social services) in the Ottawa area for in-person interpretation and all of Ontario for remote interpretation
