Service Description:
|
The Counselling and Psychotherapy Center offers
- Individual Counselling (16 years or older)
- Couple Counselling
- Family counselling (with children 12 years or
older)
All services are offered
- In person
- Online
- Over the phone
Common issues include but are not limited to:
Individual therapy
- Anxiety (stress management, phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety),
- Mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder),
- Life transitions (grief/bereavement, separation/divorce, retirement),
- Difficulties with communication and assertiveness,
- Personality disorders,
- Trauma (PTSD),
- Integration of spirituality and values
Couples and family therapy
- Communication issues (arguments),
- Intimacy or sexual issues,
- Infertility,
- Infidelity and trust,
- Parenting issues,
- Other disruptions to the family unit (illness of a child, blending of families, etc.),
All services are offered by counselling interns who are studying at the Master or Doctorate level, and they are supervised by licensed and experienced professionals * sliding scale for those who qualify and our services are offered in English and French

80$ / hour * sliding scale (10$ - 80$) available for clients who qualify
