Service Description:
|
Conducts a review process of the placements of children and youth in residential care
- determine whether the placement and plan-of-care are best suited to the needs of the child
- provide advice, assistance, information and recommendation to parents, youth and service providers about alternatives and other services available to improve supports to the youth and family

Meetings:
|
Meetings are scheduled by the Coordinator in a suitable location as the need arises * The committee meets several times per year to perform case reviews |

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Children and youth 18 years and under who will be living in a residential facility of 10 or more beds for a period of more than 90 days
