Advances the interests of individuals and groups who are generally underrepresented in issues of major public concern. * Seeks to ensure that the public interest is considered and represented in government and private sector decisions concerning consumer issues.
Provides legal and research services on behalf of consumer interests, and, in particular, vulnerable consumer interests, concerning the provision of important public services
