Community counselling centre * Counselling is provided by professional counsellors (masters level social workers and psychotherapists) to individuals, couples and families
- Counselling (fee for service, sliding scale) for individuals, couples, and families
- Around the Rainbow - Individual and family counselling and groups for the 2SLGBTQ+ community by the community
- Individual counselling and groups for women who have experienced partner abuse
- Individual counselling and groups for children who have witnessed violence
- Mental health counselling - individual counselling and groups for persons living with serious mental health challenges
- Parenting workshops for school-age children and teens
- Planning, coordination and development of community services
- Employee assistance counselling program
- Child-parent supervised access and exchanges
- Groups for mothers experiencing postpartum depression
