Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals:
* with a Body Mass Index (BMI) above 35 with other complex medical problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
* with a BMI of 40 or above
* who have tried losing/managing weight for more than 3 months
* who are motivated and willing to make eating and lifestyle changes
* who are psychologically and medically fit for surgery
