Service Description:

English as a Second Language (ESL) / Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) helps participants with English reading, writing and grammar, speaking and listening, pronunciation, work skills and computer skills
Day and night adult classes are available for all Canadians and Newcomers to Canada.
