Service Description: This Centre provides information and referral services * crisis intervention * counselling services (individual and family) * housing support services * community development program * youth sports program * multicultural program * after-school program * emergency food bank services

Programs and services include:
  • Community Garden
  • Income Tax Clinics: Free income tax clinics for Lowertown residents that are low income
  • Youth Programs: Club310 (Monday to Friday 2:30-5:30pm : a recreational based program) for youth aged 6-12 * Basketball for youth 12-30 years old * Soccer, Futsal, and MultiSport programs
  • Christmas program
  • Food bank: emergency food distribution * Call for an appointment at 613-789-3930 ext 3 * must be a resident of Lowertown to access this service
  • Assistance with Ontario Electricity Support Program applications and Low-income Energy Assistance Program
  • Community House programming (145 Beausoleil)
  • Youth Centre programming (201 Friel)
