Service Description: Supportive Housing: On-call and scheduled attendant care services to adults with physical disabilities who are living in their own units within an apartment complex * The units provided by the housing provider are accessible and have been retrofitted to the needs of the consumer

Attendant service hours are shared with other clients and all efforts are made to customize service times to suit each individual lifestyle and to promote independence

Fee-For-Service brain injury program providing daily supports to individuals living with brain injury

Attendant Services Outreach Program for adults with physical disabilities - Personal care provided in the client's own home in Renfrew County

Fees: Attendant Services is fully funded * Acquired Brain Injury Program is fee based
