| What is Asthma

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway. Although it is a common condition, symptoms can vary widely from person to person and may come and go depending on the situation. People with asthma often experience trouble breathing and have a persistent cough.

 Action Plans:
An Asthma Action Plan is a set of instructions written out by your health care provider that can help you better manage your asthma. It can help you decide what to do if you have symptoms so that you get them under control as soon as possible.
