Supports for culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people
General Services:- personal counselling
- Audiology and Hearing Aid Program

Hearing Healthcare:- hearing tests
- prescriptions for hearing aids, and other assistive devices for adults, seniors and children over 3 years old
- central auditory processing testing

- cleaning and minor repairs on the premises
- wide variety of loaner aids
Technical Devices:- sells a full range of assistive devices such as TTYs, alerting/signaling devices, FM systems, and amplifiers
- consultation about technical devices available to individuals and organizations wanting to become more accessible to the public
General Social Services:- counsellors are fluent in sign language and understand the special needs and concerns of clients

Seniors Outreach:- provides communication and hearing care support to enable seniors with an acquired hearing loss to carry out daily activities independently and with reduced communication difficulties

- ensures a client’s safety at home by promoting independence

CONNECT Counselling:- accessible counselling and case management services to increase client potential in managing challenging situations more effectively
Sign Language Classes:- American Sign Language courses
