Service Description:

Fresh meals delivery at lunch
- frozen meals available
- checking client's wellness
- report client's needs for assistance to agency
- will report if there is no response at time of meal delivery
- follow up with clients in need
- weekdays only

$9 per fresh meal * $8.60 per frozen meal
