Comprehensive employment and job search services- assessment of skills, interests and experience
- job search strategies, including resume preparation
- information about careers and occupations, local labour market, employment and training opportunities
- on-the-job training, work experience
- help in maintaining employment
- information and referral to other employment and community services
Better Jobs Ontario: an Ontario government initiative that offers skills-training and financial support to help individuals find jobs in high-demand occupations and rejoin the workforce quickly * If you have been laid off, currently unemployed or working a temporary job to just cover costs, or been unemployed for 6 months or longer and are part of a low-income household, you may be eligible for Better Jobs Ontario
Services for Employers: - help in identifying human resource skills requirements
- matching of workplace needs to workers' skills, capabilities, interests and experience
- support for developing on-the-job training plans and monitoring of placements to support retention
Canada-Ontario Job Grant:- financial support for individual employers to purchase training for their employees
- available to small, medium and large businesses planning to deliver short-term training for existing or new employees

1:1 Employment Coaching Services (such as supported job search, job matching and placement, job retention services): anyone over the age of 18, employed or unemployed, post-secondary students, those with a 900 series SIN and an open work permit are all eligible for 1:1 support
