Service Description:
|
Program for low and modest income households that provides funding for minor repairs and rehabilitation required to make a house safe and housing modifications to increase accessibility.
Home Repair to assist low to moderate income home owner households:- Repair their home to bring to acceptable standards while improving the energy-efficiency of the unit
- Increase accessibility of their home through modifications and adaptations
Applications are available when the program is launched online or in-person * Verify the City of Cornwall's website or contact the Housing Programs department

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Homeowners 18 years and older. Households must:
* have a gross household income that does not exceed $88,000 (according to line 236 of the notice of tax assessment)
* assessed value of home cannot exceed $450,805
* rates are current and subject to change
