Prenatal nutrition information and support: clients have the chance to meet other pregnant women and new mothers and learn about healthy cooking and eating * tips for a healthy pregnancy * nutrition information
Postnatal and parenting information and support: breastfeeding support * healthy snacks and meals and easy recipes * $5 gift cards weekly * child care may be offered in most locations with prior registration request * nurse or dietitian available to answer questions
