Service Description: Intensive Case Management programs support adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders including Court Diversion/Support,  Supportive Employment and Supportive Housing * This service sees clients in their homes, at the office, in the community or virtually

Resource Centers provide day programming for adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders as well as those socially isolated

Mental Health Promotion provides workshops on a variety of mental health topics



Fees: Costs vary for mental health awareness workshops * charges may apply for some activities * Case management services are free
Application: Referrals to Intensive Case Management Services and Resource Centers can be made by telephone or website by self, family, hospital staff, physician, psychiatrist, mental health, and other social service agency. Call to be directed to the appropriate administrative office * Walk-ins welcome
