Service Description:

Central Intake and Referral to community lung health education and support for people living with Asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD)
Services provided by Certified Respiratory Educators such as Nurse Practitioners and Registered Respiratory Therapists and include:
- Education and support for Asthma, bronchiectasis, COPD, and ILD
- Spirometry in most areas
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation in most areas
- Maintenance Pulmonary Rehabilitation in some areas
Services offered throughout the Counties of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, Renfrew, Prescott-Russell, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, as well as in Cornwall and Ottawa
