In home Personal support service and attendant care services provided by certified Personal Support Workers with 24/7 nursing supervision and support * Blue Cross provider for Veterans
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and mobility
- In-home respite care
- Palliative care
- Complex care
- Dementia/Alzheimer care: Gentle Persuasion Approach (GPA) certified
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) home care
- Post-surgery care
- Hospital discharge accompaniment
- Blood pressure and glucose monitoring
