Service Description:

Staffed by law students and supervised by lawyers * provides free legal services to low-income members of the community and undergraduate students enrolled at University of Ottawa and Carleton University * conducts legal education presentations and a variety of outreach activities for students and many community organizations
Legal advice and representation on: Family law (including custody, access, support) * Tenant law (including repairs, rent deposits, Small Claims Court) * Criminal law (including drug offences, theft, assault, mischief, some provincial offences) * Serious matters under the Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
