Service Description: Emergency homeless shelter for people without housing and those at risk of being homeless in the Ottawa region * Offers the basics of food, shelter, clothing as well as programs like Job Training, a Learning Centre, a Hospice and a Medical/Dental Clinic

Addiction services:

Day Program: drop-in group that combines peer connection, education, and practical skill-building * Participants do not need to be practicing abstinence, but are asked to arrive sober * runs five times per week and is open to clients in the Hope program, general shelter, and the Ottawa community * open to men, including transgender men and non-binary individuals, 18 years and older who would like support with their substance use health or their mental health
Mon, Thu, Fri 1:30pm-2:30pm, Tue 5:30pm-6:30pm, Wed 9am-10:00am

Hope Program: Located in a dedicated wing of The Ottawa Mission * a 12-bed, live-in support program using a harm reduction approach to substance use health and other behaviours relating to mental health and trauma * offers a supportive and non-judgmental environment where men, including transgender men and non-binary individuals, can explore their goals and make meaningful changes through group programming and individualized counselling

Stabilization: abstinence-based live-in program designed to promote stability and enhance substance use health in early recovery * includes daily group programming and individual counselling * program is 30-60 days in length but someone’s stay length is largely dependent on their goals
For men, including trans men and non-binary individuals, age 18 years and older who are struggling with their substance use health

LifeHouse: 5 month live-in treatment program focused on supporting men in recovery from trauma and substance use health * program is five months in length and broken into 2 phases: Core Treatment phase (first three months): individual counselling, group therapy, psycho-educational sessions on topics such as trauma, relapse prevention, mental wellness, creative arts, masculinity and a spiritual formation group * Clients can volunteer or attend school starting in the Core phase of programming and are able to work in the Reintegration phase

Second stage: Up to 1 year of supportive housing for clients who have completed live-in treatment and are transitioning to independent living
