Information and rapid point-of-care human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing * outreach and education * referral to community resources * counselling, prior to testing, about the transmission of HIV and what a positive or negative test means * post-test counselling to discuss the results

Accepts patients without coverage from the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) or money to pay for health services, who live within the designated boundaries
