Service Description:

Professional medical, occupational, vocational, employment service provider assisting in the rehabilitation eventual work and/or life integration of individuals.
Independent Medical Evaluations: general practitioner * orthopaedic * physiatry * neurology * neuropsychology * psychology/psychiatry * functional capacity evaluations
Nurse Case Management: discharge planning * assessment of pre and post-accident activities * coordination of functional capacity evaluation, of independent medical examination/insurer's examination and of designated assessment center assessments * management of catastrophic cases * future care costs analysis (catastrophic injuries) * mental health * development of Return-to-Work plans
Occupational Therapy: physical demands analysis * functional capacity evaluation * job-site analysis and job modification assessment * ergonomic assessments * education and training * normal life activities * home safety assessment (discharge planning) and site modification * modified and graduated Return-to-Work programs * cognitive work hardening programs * future care costs analysis * coordination of independent medical examination / insurer's examination
