Service Description:

Shelter * capacity of 72 beds * safe place and coordinated care from front line staff, diversion workers and case managers with the support of psychiatric nurses, outreach workers and medical outreach teams
On site-services include: mental health and addiction assessments/support * diversion services * case management/housing support * community referral and medical support as required
Intake is on a 24-hour basis offering: shared accommodation * three meals a day via support services * showers * laundry * hygiene supplies
