Service Description:
|
Program offers screening and /or assessment for psychotic disorders by a multidisciplinary team
- Education, support and outpatient care are also offered for both client and family for an up-to-three-year period depending on the individual, and on the needs of the family
- Care includes: family-focused case management * medical interventions * family support and psychoeducation * client groups

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals 16-35 years old experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time that are not explained by drug use or other mental health problems and who reside in the Champlain Region
