Family law information and mediation services

helps to meet the individual needs of clients, particularly clients who are not represented by a lawyer and are entering the court system for the first time
information about other community resources to support families undergoing divorce or separation
information about family mediation services offered in this location
information about legal services and the court process
information and scheduling for the mandatory information program on the impact of separation and divorce on children and the legal issues and court process involved
Information and Referral Coordinator can help you understand your needs, provide information on alternative dispute resolution options, issues related to separation and divorce and community resources and make community referrals
court staff can provide information about the court process and court forms
Advice Lawyer from Legal Aid Ontario who will provide summary legal advice (for those who qualify)

None for mediation services for people who have a lawyer
