Accepts donations of used medical equipment
Currently accepting donations of:
- manual wheelchairs
- walkers
- manual hospital beds
- powered hospital beds
- therapeutic foam mattresses
- therapeutic air mattresses
- self-propelled commodes
- stationary commodes
- bath bench transfer
- Hoyer lift
- ceiling tract lift
Equipment is distributed through a partnership with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Ontario, Carefor, and the University of Ottawa's Student Academic Success Services (SASS)

Send an email, contact the organization through Facebook, or fill form on website for more information * an answer will be sent within five business days of receiving the message
To donate medical equipment, send an email to medicalequipmentfoundation@gmail.com and put "Equipment Donation" in the subject line * include the kind of equipment, its relative condition, and a time and place convenient for inspection and pick-up
The agency is not accepting equipment requests at the moment
