Service Description:

Housing services include many programs aiming mainly at offering housing to persons at high risk of becoming homeless as well as needed support services to keep the housing and increase their autonomy
The services are aimed at living or have lived a chronic homelessness as well as persons with a mental health problem or concurrent disorders
