Private, non-medical home care * companionship and Personal Support Worker (PSW) care * Dementia care program * palliative care * motor-vehicle accident care * Parkinson’s * customized in-home care plans * services provided in homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, hospital, retirement homes
Services include:
- Social engagement and companionship
- Safety supervision
- Bathing and toileting
- Grooming and hygiene
- Respite care at home
- Medications and appointments tracking
- Transportation assistance (including medical appointments) and help with errands
- Transition from hospital, long-term care, respite facility to home
- General housekeeping and light cleaning
