Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
Adult Day Program
- Adult day programs provide part-of-the-day supervised programming in a group setting for people with Alzheimer’s
Services may include:
- leisure activities
- meals
- personal care
- physical exercise
- support groups

Support Groups
- Peer support groups, education to assist family members and care partners sessions may include information such as advanced directives and senior safety * may have guest speakers from various community resources as requested by the group
