Service Description:

Income support and employment assistance * help in becoming self-reliant and contributing to the community

Clients may be eligible for:

drug and dental coverage
eyeglasses
hearing aids
community and employment start-up benefits
diabetic and surgical supplies
surgical supplies and dressings
medical transportation costs
costs related to a special diet (as prescribed by an approved health professional)
back-to-school allowance
winter clothing allowance for children
pregnancy nutritional allowance
Learning Earning and Parenting program for young parents

Also provides temporary help to those in urgent need including pending Ontario Disabilities Support Program applicants
