Family law information and mediation services
- helps to meet the individual needs of clients, particularly clients who are not represented by a lawyer and are entering the court system for the first time
- information about other community resources to support families undergoing divorce or separation
- information about family mediation services offered in this location
- information about legal services and the court process
- information and scheduling for the mandatory information program on the impact of separation and divorce on children and the legal issues and court process involved
- Information and Referral Coordinator can help you understand your needs, provide information on alternative dispute resolution options, issues related to separation and divorce and community resources and make community referrals
- court staff can provide information about the court process and court forms
- Advice Lawyer from Legal Aid Ontario who will provide summary legal advice (for those who qualify)
