Community Health Centres - Stormont/Dundas/Glengarry

Community health centres provide primary care, health promotion, education and illness prevention services using a community development approach. Health care professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, counsellors, community workers, and dietitians staff community health centres.

* Ottawa Inner City Health is not a CHC but is funded through the CHC sector.
